Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be processed beginning the next business day.

During periods of high order volume or unexpected delays, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship orders within the United States using available shipping carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, and available shipping services.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates do not include our 1–2 business day processing period.

Once your order has been shipped, actual delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details to follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and, when confirmed, arrange a replacement at no additional cost, consistent with our Return and Refund Policy.
